How's the gm menu in Changi?...

They know they can get away with it because it's free to end users, who will not complain...while the payer, the banks don't know about this shortchanging to their customers....

Yes I noticed they have started to request for boarding passes and scanning it...

So basically it's set then like gm klia2....will update tomorrow after I try....lol

Tgm t2 Changi now serves set meals....the sets are the same as their paid menu....the sashimi set I just had is priced at SGD 15. Better quality than klia2...

At BNE ppl....about Changi t1 size...very quiet....few guests....they also act as business class lounge for several airlines....cx, ci, ke, va...

about the same food spread....

Just discovered they also run a wellness spa round the back, which is used for overflow passengers during busy evening periods...

Ppl klia and gateway have 100plus....but don't recall if wellness spa has...

No 100plus in Changi....

there are 2 ppl in klia....gateway in the landside...and in pier L airside....

if you fly domestic, you only have gateway....if you fly regional international, then L gate.....and if you fly long haul international from pier p and q, then can use wellness spa...

yes it does....but 2 times access....gone in one trip...

Duckies was talking about bringing family members as well...and trips are always at least 2 ways, so one trip both access used....

The recent trip to BNE, we used 10 entries between the 2 of us....

it's a matter of what you want....i usually want a shower, so it's either gateway or wellness spa....

but if my gate is in L pier, I will just use ppl there, closer...or sometimes both....lol

the pp group has 4 properties in klia 2....gateway ppl and gm in the landside (ie public area) and L pier ppl and wellness spa in the airside....which you use will depend on your timing, your departure gate, and what you want....

gateway is buffet, has showers (and rooms for rent!)....gm is pure food, it's actually a public access restaurant....L pier ppl is small lounge with quite nice curry mee but no shower (nor toilet)...and wellness spa is well, firstly a spa....with a small lounge area, and buffet and shower.....and rather bad aircon....lol

no, there is no automatic eligibility....you have to check with the card issuer exactly what their lounge portfolio is...

food wise, i suppose gm being a proper restaurant and with ala carte menu provides the best food....however i didn't find the gm klia particularly good....but gm changi was actually excellent...

I am not familiar with PBB...but ambank wmc has actually the widest portfolio of lounges, more than maybank....it includes bne and the new one in brazil....

but the general point is, check with your issuer on their respective portfolio....

you go try, and tell us loh....it all depends on the staffs there...

only if you just want food....gm has no lounge, not a place to rest as it's public area and next to a walkway...and no shower or toilet....
