How's the food at flight club?....sets or buffet?...

like that no point then....was thinking if they have ala carte sets like gm, maybe have a good meal there before going to golden lounge to wait for flight....

gm changi food is good.....highly recommended....

Yes...just show your boarding pass....

Not sure if Changi outlets allow arrival entry...and you can easily move between terminals by aerotrain or even walk....without leaving the transit area....

Klia international golden lounge is starting to show it's age....and the shower area does not have a toilet, nor seat, so you need to master the art of putting on your socks and shoes standing on one leg....and served by a surly old man....

Perhaps should have just gone to ppl....

as my post above, i was in the international satellite golden lounge yesterday....and i don't feel it was better....in fact the shower area felt jaded....the only good thing is the range of liquor free....and the larger size.....

from the few posts above, it seems to me the controls are pretty lax...

i think the rules are there....entry for travelling card holders only....

but since every entry is income to the ppl group (they will charge the issuer banks), they will of course attempt to maximise customers...hence allowing entry for non travellers, and allowing entry for non card holders using other people's cards.....

while it is good for some people, it also raises the cost to the issuer banks, and eventually curtailment of benefits is inevitable....which will then affect everybody.....

it's like fraud in car insurance claims....which results in increased premium for everybody...it's a zero sum game...

They just let you in and never swipe your call?...

Free for life....Low exchange rate.... Unlimited ppl entry.....Good at the moment....

But I don't think it will be forever....They are in customer expansion phase....At some point they will cut back.....

It's not actually free....There is an annual fee, which is reversed....For life of current holders....In future, for new applications, they may set conditions for waiver....

Which golden lounge?....Not in business lounge.... Maybe first?

Pp cards now so rare, and cc with access to ppl range of outlets so common, I would reserve pp for airports without ppl....And use cc only for ppl....Also some cc only allow ppl access in msia....So keep those with overseas ppl access for outside msia....

Priority pass has a much wider coverage....It had enabled me access to lounges in mad, ist, ath, dxb, nrt, kix, sin...

Unfortunately most banks have discontinued pp perk....

Enrich gold allow access to only mh golden lounges....And if flying a oneworld airline, access to a oneworld lounge, if available...

It is separate from ppl....

Only oneworld lounge in klia is Cx....Never been inside....

Mh golden lounge is huge.... But food is so so....Ppl crowded nowadays with basic food....I suppose it's individual taste....
