QUOTE(lerijiso @ Nov 12 2016, 12:45 AM) ![]() ![]() LEFT: 20mm Leather RIGHT: 22mm nato squeezed into 21mm lug width. Nato is of thin variant and a bit of bunching occurred. I couldn't fit a thick 22mm nato into it though. Did not want to risk destroying the nato strap. |

QUOTE(shankar_dass93 @ Nov 7 2016, 01:08 AM) Though I have a question, would he be able to use nato straps on the "no date" version ? The dealer claimed that the lung of the submariner no date is the same with the date version hence nato straps could be used. Could I please clarify this with you Sifu's over here ? Thanks! QUOTE(r3kahsttub @ Nov 7 2016, 10:41 AM) shankar_dass93 NATO straps come in various sizes; just need to find the right width for your watch. All Subs have the same lug width; think 22mm straps will fit the Sub. Lug width on the Sub (both D and ND) is 20mm. And yes, no problem fitting a NATO on it.Attached thumbnail(s) |

Hi Guys,
I am not a watch player. But just want to ask something about watch. I have a Casio watch about RM500 (not really expensive to u all I guess). But what is bothering me is that, its pointer seem to be totally out. Being a little OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), it really annoys me. Any suggestion where I can repair or send for maintenance? Can some pasar malam stall or small stall in shopping mall repair it? Thanks. |

QUOTE(heyamazingpeople @ Nov 13 2016, 02:28 PM) Hi Guys, You can try to send it back to the place you bought it if it's still under warranty. This is one of the things I'd check when purchasing new watches because it bothers me to no end if I realize it later. I am not a watch player. But just want to ask something about watch. QUOTE(Ned_Fromthenorth @ Nov 13 2016, 11:58 PM) You can find a decent range of Junghans in Bangsar Village 2, the shop beside coffee bean or Starbucks ground floor (sorry can't recall).Else, KLCC Isetan has it as well but not the full range. |

QUOTE(ben3003 @ Nov 14 2016, 10:32 AM) Is this hamilton brand worth to buy? or should i save more abit for sevenfriday? i like that hamilton viewmaster series tho.. but i like seven friday sophisticated dials, like very steampunk. hamilton and sevenfriday are on two different levels. one is full of history, another is ..well, new and trendy. This post has been edited by Naka7a: Nov 14 2016, 11:44 AM |

Hamilton using Swiss ETA 2824 usually maybe elabore grade, standard grade starts like usd$200Sevenfriday using citizen miyota 82s7 which cost like usd$55. Hamilton chrono offer busy dial, H31 based off 7750 usually cost like usd$440 for mvt alone http://www.ashford.com/us/watches/hamilton...cat680070&so=34 Well we can put a price in design and marketing, go for what you like This post has been edited by patryn33: Nov 14 2016, 11:50 AM |

hmmm...I dont move my wrist enough...even though I am wearing an automatic, as a programmer, only my fingers move alot, not much movement from wrist..therefore the watch always not get "charged" enough...
anyone hv similar problem? should go find a mechanical watch where I can manually wind it? This post has been edited by deity01: Nov 14 2016, 06:58 PM |

Just give it a few shakes in the morning before you put it on. Or get a winder. anyone hv similar problem? should go find a mechanical watch where I can manually wind it? Or use it as an excuse to get another watch. |
