i juz bought an AP set few weeks ago.. bought it mainly coz of its sexy looks and its one of the cheapest 3g phone available in the market 2day.. besides, it packs quite a lot of function for that kinda price range..

mine has that 3 logo at the back, but it doesn't come out in the outer screen like the pic senyap721 has posted.. mine also doesnt have that planet 3 thingy showing at the screen.. been kinda wondering, wats the meaning of that 3 logo?? any difference??

so far, been satisfied wit the phone.. only downside ive found so far is that it couldnt view n open big resolution pics, n thats a real shame coz these days most phone cams can take pics more than 3mp resolution..

3 is one of the telcos in Aus..

yeah.. i think motorola did a very good job.. i think this phone fits me quite good.. yeah, it only has a 1.3mp cam, no flash, n the speaker's not as good as the one's on sony ericsson.. but then again, i dont need a super sharp cam, coz i think i can live wit a 1.3mp only.. the quality's quite good n its certainly better than some of the bigger resolution cams i found on nokia's.. furthermore, if i wanna take a high quality pic, my normal digicam can do the job 4 me.. besides, cams on phones pretty much suck anyway on any brands of mobile phones.. wanna take serious photos, use a digicam..

i dont need it to be a fabulous music player as well, coz i my ipod covers that job very well.. all i need from the speakers is not high quality stereo wit excellent bass quality, i juz need it 2 be able 2 play my mp3 ringtones loudly n clearly so i would be able 2 hear it if i receive sms or phone calls even in shopping centres as well as wake me up every morning using the alarm clock function.. n it does that pretty well 4 me..

the only few things annoying me wit this phone is the disability 2 view high resolution pics n also the keypad.. although they look like modern art, but i find myself always accidentally pressing the browser button when i type sms.. really2 annoying, but, i guess i can live wit it.. besides, they keypad's one of the main reason y i decided 2 get this phone.. they look uber cool especially in the dark..

i guess, this phone is like an aston.. lots of fault wit it, but the way it looks, u juz melt looking at it.. u juz feel like licking it or sumthin

bro,this hp got vibrate+ring? i got big thumbs.. i wonder if will affect my sms typing speed or not

cannot laa.. already so used 2 typing sms fast, especially that b4 this im using a nokia.. wit a nokia its easy 2 type sms in lightning fast speed.. so kinda already got used 2 it.. n when i do this wit the v3xx, i always end up launching the browser or worst, hitting the green answer call button, which in this phone is a short cut 4 sending the sms.. this resulted in me always accidently sending the sms b4 i finished typing em..

of coz got vibrate + ring.. or not, i wouldnt have got it

big thumbs shouldnt be a prob i think, coz the buttons itself r quite big.. but when u type fast, n coz the buttons r all flat, u accidently press the wrong one..

ONE MORE THING : any idea how to install themes on this phone?? i tried grazing 4 it on the net, but couldnt seem 2 find any..

We can't install theme directly. Theme in v3xx is just a setting. You need software like P2K in order to install new skin. You can search through the net for the latest skin provider by modder.

some of u guys asked b4 that how fast can HSDPA works on V3xx... below is the result..

tested with:
model: v3xx authorised set
venue: melaka, hotel equatorial, indoor
time: 2am
line stability: 1 hour 22 minutes without disconnected..

i have tried HSDPA with CELCOM 3G... highest so far is 1.5mbps DL, but much depend on how many user using the network at the time you access to the HSDPA... really love this phone..

Just wanna know.. what is latest software/firmware available for this model.. mine is an AP set, O2 modded and software version R26111LD_U_96.66.71R... anyone know anywhere to upgrade? lazy to try flex/flash myself la...

hehe, any1 plan to get my v3xx? haha or trade with a vodafone version 1? ah, i just dont really like the 3, haha need some red colour in da phone, looks more fun. hehe btw, i bought 1 weeks + only, haha i plan to sell it and top up to buy another colour, i wan orange la.......... haihz, i shudnt waste so many money.......

fren if you using celcom d68, bewarn sending of sms incured charges............i juz received my first mth bill..........total to pay this mth rm93.00 not rm68 cause i hav to pay tax, wap charges and sms charges

normally you cant see chinese wording..

as expected.. but then again, where the wap charges came from?

haha celcom always alot hidden charge 1 ler, haha somemore security sucks... those spam sms also count ur money, haha and 6months time also can fix, haha ... YA, i have this kind experience, sorry out topic.
