Crowded casing, insufficient airflow usually contributes. You can really see the diff when you cable manage and ensure good airflow in the casing.

Hi all, I received back my 7600GS from the seller, after install back to my rig...still got problem to watch real media files, so I shut down my rig and re-install back again...after test, still got problem... doh.gif out of despair, I open the side panel and push push the gc to ensure it get in to the slot perfectly...then I continue to watch real media files...walla...now no problem anymore while watching real media files...I am so happy and exited... rclxm9.gif

After finish watch real media video, I decide to run the Mother Nature test in 3D Mark 03 to see whether it still got problem...after test, this time got no problem anymore, it can run the test perfectly... thumbup.gif

This morning, before come to work, I run the 3D Mark 03...and I get a score of 9800++... dunno this score is good or not but at least this time all running smoother than before... rclxms.gif laugh.gif

So, actually my 7600GS got no problem, it is the contact between gc and the PCI-e slot...what the heck...causing me so many trouble... shakehead.gif

I did plug it correctly, just it have little bit lifted, maybe only 0.01mm tongue.gif I not sure... before I change to CM C532, when I plug in my PCI-e, the screw hole area is far away from my gc bracket, I need to push the casing a bit to make the hole near to the gc so that I can screw it... sweat.gif so maybe from that, it will lift a bit...then now after I change to CM C532, it seem still have some gap between screw hole of gc and casing...but luckily C532 is toolless in PCI bracket there, so I can push the gc after plug in to make sure it is fully pluged in... icon_rolleyes.gif
