b. For PPA1M, 3 type (facilities are surau, taska, dewan, klinik, kedai runcit, taman permainan kanak-kanak, pusat rekreasi, gelanggang bola keranjang)
i. 850ft2 – RM90k only, 1CP
ii. 1000ft2 – RM150k only, 1CP
iii. 1200ft2 – RM240k only, 2CP
iv. 1500ft2 – RM300k only, 2CP
c. Main selling walking distance to Metropolitan Park
3. PPA1M Residensi Bayu Andaman (sentul), total development land 2.71 acres. Developer – Melati Ehsan

a. 673 unit for Civil servant @ land size 2.71 acres (kolam renang, gimnasium, bilik permainan, taman permainan kanak-kanak, surau, dewan serbaguna, kawasan bbq, tadika, Kedai Runcit)
i. 1000ft2 – RM300k only, 1CP/2CP (not sure)
b. Main selling full condominium facilities and in KL city centre - sentul area.
4. PPA1M Mercu Jalil. Developer – LBS

a. 673 unit for Civil servant @ land size 5.43 acres (tadika, dewan serbaguna, surau, kawasan permainan kanak-kanak, Klinik, Kedai Runcit)
i. 1000ft2 – RM245k only, 1CP additional CP with RM20k
ii. 1200ft2 – RM294k only, 1CP additional CP with RM20k
b. Main selling walking distance to Pavillion Bukit Jalil.
5. PPA1M Sofiya Residensi. Developer – Perdana Parkcity

a. 752 unit for Civil servant @ land size 4 acres (Taman Permainan Kanak-Kanak, Zon Yoga, Peruntukan Ruang Tadika, dewan serbaguna, surau,)
i. 862ft2 – RM300k only, 1CP only (No more additional CP to provide)
ii. Main selling in super prime town ship in Malaysia – Desa Park City

For those who Eligible please do not miss the boat as the price and location of PPA1M is the best.

Though sofiya has highest psf, but it is build by PPSB which much more reputable than other chapalang developers. And I believe the workmanship and spec will be better too. Not to forget other PPA1M are leasehold, and incomparable to Desa Park which is freehold, fully stratified and self sustained as community. Kepong metropolitan is the worst as it's right beside huge HTC, potential incinerator/combustion area, noisy MRR2, a total eyesore and unhealthy environment.

I will say a civil servant will need a bigget build up house as number in a family. For PPA1M DPC the saiz is too small 862ft2 and to expensive RM300k. Those civil servant will buy normally is for investment they won't stay and in KL not much of servant. Most of them work in Putrajaya.

Who is telling you that these units cannot be rented out? Do not point out stupid thestar false article.
Why can't you sell it off after 10 years if it is stated in S&P?
Whose KPI will be affected if the unit is sold after 10 years?

Whatever float your boat. Rm350/sf tell me where else that cheap in mature residential? How about I call it affordable housing since u dislike lo cost so much. Lol.

Yes please call it affordable as you said. Btw, Flat psf = 80k / 450 sqft. Can click the calculator yourself. And yes, Flat is residential. Haha

Actually the PPA1M price of RM300k is after govt subsidy. The actual price is more than RM300k. Hence it's called affordable housing.
