Though sofiya has highest psf, but it is build by PPSB which much more reputable than other chapalang developers. And I believe the workmanship and spec will be better too. Not to forget other PPA1M are leasehold, and incomparable to Desa Park which is freehold, fully stratified and self sustained as community. Kepong metropolitan is the worst as it's right beside huge HTC, potential incinerator/combustion area, noisy MRR2, a total eyesore and unhealthy environment.1.
