Dear all, so today I went for site visit at the area. The sales gallery people have no idea when the balloting will start. All under PPA1M's jurisdiction. Construction has already started but only at the piling stage.

From the photos can see the proposed plan of the condo which you may already know:

1) 51 floors
2) 8 floors of car parks (hopefully will have multiple exits if not every morning will jam die D:)

Panoramic view. Westside III is just right next door. Probably gonna be quite congested every morning at the traffic light if all the units are fully filled up sweat.gif

got new MRT coming up in Kepong although not walking distance. DPC itself already got 2 malls. Haven't count One U, The Curve, Ikea and other malls nearby. As if brickfiellds no jam LOL

I just realised Westside III is 47 storeys high LOL. Guess won't be having any view of the The Waterfront then if choosing the units away from the highway. Don't care la as long as I get a unit with the morning sun it's good enough for me. Fingers crossed.
