Dear all, so today I went for site visit at the area. The sales gallery people have no idea when the balloting will start. All under PPA1M's jurisdiction. Construction has already started but only at the piling stage.

Panoramic view. Westside III is just right next door. Probably gonna be quite congested every morning at the traffic light if all the units are fully filled up

I just realised Westside III is 47 storeys high LOL. Guess won't be having any view of the The Waterfront then if choosing the units away from the highway. Don't care la as long as I get a unit with the morning sun it's good enough for me. Fingers crossed.
