stamp duty for S&P @ MOT need to pay only 4 years later upon VP.

for now buyer only pays for loan legal fees and stamp duty (exemption for first home buyer).

All PPA1M SnP is free, u just need to pay loan document and if u take LPPSA is free stamping. so don let the lawyer con U. Loan legal fee u are entire to get 30%, others claimable charges is around 1K+-

The lowest LPPSA loan amount 280k for PPA1M  less than 2k  (Legal + others fees) that in putrajaya.
in KL lowest is PPA1M Kepong some get less than 1k charges (Legal + others fees) loan amount not sure.

Parking roadside, motor sound especially during night time. This is very normal for rumahwip/ppr. Nothing wrong actually. But definitely will affected dpc premium brand tag.
