doubt there will be any public transport.... if you include bus as public transport... haha.... and also depends on your budget.... close to mrt lrt line... everything will become premium... hahah... for me... for own stay... a condo with lrt mrt within very short driving distance... i am ok with it... or maybe park and ride... since usually office parking super expensive one...

so far... tan chong didn't mention on their success of lobbying for the mrt3 station... haha.... rumours is that this cina apek co not willing to let out partial of their land for the station... they just wish to have a station nearby the factory land... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Chances is there as tan chong assemblies plant already move to Rawang..Batu Cantoment UOA Jalan Ipoh Segambut tan Choong and Matrade all big empty land, very high chances

yeah for sure is there... the current tan chong plant only assemble in very small volume... main operation at serendah only... they just hoping that there is a mrt station nearby... and redevelop that piece of land....
