Chances is there as tan chong assemblies plant already move to Rawang..Batu Cantoment UOA Jalan Ipoh Segambut tan Choong and Matrade all big empty land, very high chances

Is their selling point but not my condo selling point, they dun care whether the road can digest the traffic or not..now already crowded especially at night, many cars park at the roadside
