This project is good in term of quality, location, and all the concept. So far the best project I has been sold to my customer, all of their feedback is positive toward the era.

From the reviews in Lyn, this project consider not so bad.. main concern is only about the density. Other than that, consider good.

seriously if you really know this project well in details, you will be surprise, it is the best among most of the project in KL. However, I m not only selling this project, I also have many other project, but this is the one Im strongly recommend from my opinion if you guys have some budget.

There may be some incomplete documents or any other circumstances which lead to the coordinator unable to lock the unit. Because I never heard such incidents where buyer locked the unit and after that being asked to choose another unit. Most probably some incident happened between the agent and their coordinator.

10 minutes should be more realistic estimate since there are a couple of traffic lights along the way.
