Ooh, my snp is dated on the 3rd of Jan 2019. So does it mean I dont have to pay MOT and I can get back my loan stamp duty?
Cause for properties under HOC, for snp dated 1st Jan - 30 june 2019, there's a complete waiver. Am I right?

If under construction, will confirm miss this?

Just called REHDA, they said only those SPA that mentions a 10% discount is given on the purchase price will be entitled to the stamp duty exemption.

They also said that if let's say the project has 1000units, and the developer choose to register 5units under HOC, it's their choice. So the remaining 995 units wont be able to get the benefits from HOC.

I've also obtained clarification from JKG that only those purchase under the new pricing structure (11april) will be entitled to the campaign.

Well, bad luck for me then...

Go for higher floor since the price incremental isnt much.

View do vary differently bcos its 8 storey higher.

Go for higher floor la
The interest during construction also need to take into consideration. Higher floor better view and probably better air ventilation

Also 9k is not much. BAsically 1k per floor so not an issue

actually, i would say the progress is rather slow or slowed down already if you compare with IJM's Riana Dutamas seems to be progressing faster.

Any thoughts why Era slowed down actually?
