I am deciding between the Era 2 rooms with with RM550k and Bangsar Southlink 2 rooms with Rm 501k. Any one can give me recommendation? Which locationis better in terms of staying and investment?

for Bangsar Southlink, connectivitiy to 2 LRTs with linked and covered walkways.
for the Era, location is good also and nearby MRTs, but 800m walk to MRT Jln Ipoh with no covered walkway, but have to cross highways and roads. Not so convenient.
