For the current available units, you can get around rm680k+ for non bumi after rebate.

Got SA telling me currently they have 9+3% promotion rebate with bumi additional 5% only for august and september meaning bumi can get 17% rebate
and include up to 50k free item furniture

646sqft starting from RM432k so after rebate

bumi starting from RM358,560 about 556psqft

anyone get this promotion package as been told by the SA?

Since u just knew it today, then the SA was right in telling u that the promo had started from August to Sept. because the developer will probably revise the package from next month

Slow? Not really slow...tower A only left with bumi units. Tower B left around 20-30% only..

The sales gallery was open since early last year (around February if I'm not mistaken) and they have started collecting cheques by then before the actual launch a month later.

Based on the feedback here, it seems like the pick-up rate is quite slow until the developer introduced some additional rebates recently plus the Signature Kitchen cabinet set, only then more units got snapped up at a faster rate.

Yup..once changed the package with partial furnished, many units were sold within a short period of time.
