The only way we know the outcome is to use KL Traders Square as a test case once it is nearly 80% occupied. I remember that the density is nearly similar at 2,554 units if I'm not mistaken.

KL Trader Square is a different case as that area is famous for foreigners. Can’t even picture how the pool will look like with them in it. Haha.

Pak Hitam is not in this area as what coolguy mentioned. Is in Gombak area which is another project.

The Nigerians are concentrated at Aman Puri area in Kepong, (not at this part of KL). At night you can see many of them fill up all the coffeeshops nearby Aman Desa.

Gombak area are normally Somalians. Elsewhere the Nigerians are also at remote part of Puchong and Cheras Mahkota especially Venice Hill.
