Well, it could be one of the reasons but I always let people behind me to pay first if they only have few items. Actually the CS Manager told me before there are customers paying RM 30k of TNB bills every month and they have raked up their points to few hundreds thousand points. In long term, it cannot sustain anymore. I think they didn't expect normal consumers like us will have such a huge amount of bill to pay...

Actually TnG reload issue can be solved for me because there are other alternatives, it is the ePay bills which saddens me a bit. My 10% for UniFi.

I can also get 5% but coming from 10% to 5% does make difference somewhere. Since Sam's no longer accepts ePay bill payments with CC, then I will have to stick to 5% then, better than nothing.

TnG reload, not really an issue for me. Worse comes to worst, TnG Hub is also very near to me, I just reload there with any of my AEON cards and pay with PosOnline. Earn 3% - 3.3% plus it doesn't come with any service charge which is another good thing for not deducting RM 0.53 from my balance.

I have paid on 10th as well, the notice was just up yesterday and only effective yesterday for Klang Valley's outlets. Penang already started on 10th, a day earlier.

I have 7k+, redeemed RM 30 vouchers, so I managed to accumulate 10k+ in total.

Life goes on...

At first, I thought still can hold until September because there are few feedback, some said charged on approval date, some said 1st of the month.

Wise's Utilities category is only for TNB and water (I was told only Syabas) via UOBPayOnline. Others are not.

TNB and Syabas have no issues but not sure about other water companies.

Hopefully as what you mentioned up there. I hope it won't trigger them to charge me earlier after I call to enquire.

Thanks guys for the update. I will call to cancel mine too after I receive my cash back this month. I will ask them about my next cash back, how will it work. If they said I can't have it, I might keep it for the sake of my next cash back since I have earned so much for the past 1 year....

I don't have HLB savings account. I do have MACH credit card. Let's see.
