Wise card rules will be changed, no more 10 RM50 transactions instead minimum RM2000 spending per calendar mth. The rest remained the same. Commence 1st ep 2016.

Effective 16 June 2016, please be informed that all Government and JomPAY related transactions performed via any Hong Leong Credit Card, shall be excluded from the computation of Rewards Points, Enrich Miles and Cash Back.

does this effect on WISE ? but i still receive my cash back after 16 June ?

I can't wait for this day to arrive as I can cancel all my wise cards (and all other HL cards) once for all. no need to track all the spending on each cards so to make it as close to 985 as possible.... but I welcome their on n off 30% cash back on dining...

My AF just charged on 06Aug (RM160 +GST).

If I cancel now, I lost RM100 CB.

I I keep, I pay the AF and get the CB.

if WISE revise the benefits to be worse, then I am basically paying AF for the next whole year for something not so good....

But it stated Government, I assume it include TNB and SYABAS. Let's wait until end AUG, to see the rebates.

Under the Wise Card category utilities, does it include TM payment (ie: Unifi)? No
Secondly if i do make my payment through UOBPayonline on my utilities ie: TNB & Syabas do i still get 10% CB or i have to pay through the respective platform? Yes via UOBPayOnline. Don't try to use others you may end up getting no cash back.

(The above scenario is based on after 10 x RM50 transaction, 10% is unlock)

My last 2 AF was charged on the 1-Sept n my next statement date is also 1-Sept. Don't know whether can call up CS to move d statement date a couple of days earlier so that this AF will appear in the next statement.

My card expiry month is September, but I forget when is my approval date.......some where end of Aug.......
I think I will cancel after 28 Aug, plus my statement is 13th of the month, so my wise card record still will keep inside the system at least end of September as the due date of payment is end of Sep.

Heard SAM GLOCERIA in Nu Sentral no longer accept Credit Card payment since 10th AUG 2016 for those TNB, ASTRO, TM and TNG Reload. Is it true? I managed to did this at 5th AUG 2016... not sure now is it still ok or not.

For those who are concern on the annual fee being charged, you may try to call & request for waiver. I have had got mine waived including GST  

more than 500 / month but less than RM 800/month on average.
