I.e. cashback of RM0.49 will be ROUNDED DOWN to RM0. Cashback of RM0.51 will be ROUNDED UP to RM1.

I m still thinking want to keep this wise card or not.
However, the min spend for this card is low, compared with others..

It was RM2000 minimum monthly spending giving RM100 CB, I was happy to pay AF RM169.

I just applied for HLB 12m 0% BT via my Wise care.

After that, I got an email that said the application was approved.

"The above transferred amount will be reflected in your forthcoming statement."

So how do I pay? The account number last 4 digits in the email is different from my credit card account. I understand from reading the previous posts here, they will create a separate BT account. But what is the account number (cause they only gave last four digits, the first twelve are xxxx-xxxx-xxxx). There is no details on the payment due date etc.

Will all that information be provided at a later date? Appreciate all of your clarifications on the above.

Yes, transaction must be done outside at terminal. But also not counted if you use the option to key in amount to pump before entering cc, especially at petron stations.
Only limited terminal accept samsungpay.
