if like that, consider I am quite lucky that all the different stations (Petron/Petronas/Caltex/BHP) I been to , all can get cashback from hlb.
Been to senawang, batu gajah, seri iskandar, ipoh, bukit mertajam, Juru, taiping etc... I am so lucky.
How about you list out the Petron that you confirmed will fail Wise cashback for manual key in amount? you should ask HLB Customer Service to check for you, those failed cashback use what MCC code
