I checked back all my petrol transactions using HLB Wise. Found out that Petron station that I frequent usually post trxn on 3rd day. Means today (25th) fuel up, trxn posted on 27th.
So if I happen to refuel on a Saturday , it is highly likely posted on next Monday.

On the other hand, another Petronas station (less frequent) usually post trxn on the same day, or next day. Never seen later than that. i think I will jump ship to Petronas.

That's why I checked back my statements see how many days did Petron/Petronas take to post the trxn.
Petron : usually 1-2 days
Petronas : usually 0-1 day

Kinda headache to earn CB using Wise card because of this Posted date issue. Don't want headache then use Amex but only 5%CB.

If the transaction is performed at pump , I think it should fall within MCC5542 which is eligible for WISE cashback.
You may want to try a small amount first, then check whether categorized as PETROL in your card statement .

Exactly.
MCC5542 = Automated Fuel Dispenser.
Pay at counter will not earn Petrol cashback (for WISE card).

Although capping is reduced to RM15 per category, but the newly added "online spend" especially including e-wallet topup is indeed very useful.

Now I can easily fully utilize the online category by reloading RM188 on a weekend, then use the ewallet whenever I want. The first thing I want to do is topup TnG then pay tnb at 7-11.

27-Oct cashback is based on 1-30 September.
1-Nov cashback is based on 1-31 October.

I think HLB has changed the timing of cashback crediting to 1st of each month.

Only HLB Customer Service could answer this.
