Not needed. You can spend >RM2000 and posted in the same month, only transactions from 2+1 categories will get 10% cashback (eg only RM100 on "selected categories", then cashback only RM10).

Sometime you can get >10% discount at Lazada Direct Topup / Wisepay (with discount voucher) even though you may get zero cashback using any credit card including HL Wise!
eg 11/11 Lazada Topup I paid RM70.40 to RM80 to top up Digi/Maxis RM100.

IBG on the 5/1/18, after 5pm, payment received before 11am on 8/1/18 (next working day at KL).
Free IBFT for transactions <RM5,000 effective 1/7/18, as proposed by Bank Negara.

Free IBG/IBFT only for some deposit accounts at certain banks (UOB/OCBC/AmBank etc).
The banks absorb the IBG/IBFT cost.

Yes it is a Government transaction, but not government charge.
I am paying cukai pintu at Kuching City Council in order to achieve >RM2000 retail transactions in a month.

Swipe the card at payment counter. (the payees are not available at UOB Payonline).
I did use JomPay to pay once but I could not verify if the JomPay transaction is considered a retail transaction.
I just started to topup the newly-launched SarawakPay (QR) e-wallet (It is a retail transaction). I will try to use the e-wallet credit to pay the cukai pintu and utilities in the future.
From my experience, the transaction at UOB Payonline is considered a retail transaction.
Also, PayNet QR (Jompay's mobile platform) shall be available very soon but I am not sure if it will allow credit card to topup credit.
