I need the ip address for all the realms..so I can test the HOPS and ping...

I am interested in helping out the beta test too, is the area near bangsar gonna be covered?

We currently serving in Klang Valley area.

Currently we are testing MESH technology, hope this will reduce latency between client to our gateway and direct to the pipe.....

if u want to test, pls go to ironforge or stormwind... if u can get 200ms-300ms there, it would be good enough

Just FYI, Amanthul server (Oceanic PvE) is quite laggy compared to other servers.

And you'll need to play Alliance to properly test out latencies in Ironforge/Stormwind.

i'm in dath remar...damn lag last night in IronForge.
but then other places ok got around 400+ only

BE starting area lagging like hell, around 900~1k on Dath Remar.

LMAO~ as expected, that's y i'm not so keen on the expansion set yet. still waiting for the collector's edition.

If u want to check the latency in there. Goto:
A) Ironforge if u're alliance.
B) Ogrimmar if u're horde.

Around 8am onwards till 1pm (M'sian time), that should be the peak hr in there. If the latency doesnt raise up till 1k, then its all good.

I arrived at office early.. 7am log in into wow
here is my test result....

Nagrand as tauren - 196ms
Thaurissan as tauren - 391ms

the color will switch yellow to green.....

Will test again in peak hour....12-1pm

Thaurissan is new and Oceanic. IE under populated and peak hour is about 5pm to 10pm Malaysian time.

If you're doing research in this area, might be a good idea to check out highly populated servers like Thrall (US server) and Khaz'garoth (Oceanic) but both of these are PvE.

I've downloaded 3.7G of WOW and still need sperate CD Key ?

you can actually upgrade from 10 days trial to full account using ur CC. i think it's around RM75 only
