nah its not.

3995 vs 4270
30cm translate to a lot of space for a car.

its actually nearer to the current Myvi @ 3895mm (+100) than the Alza @ 4270mm (-275mm)

the Daihatsu Rocky is a 5 seater anyway.

Aiya...my alza front absorber both side leaking.
Thinking of replace kayaba gas type front absorber.

Not sure will it be too bouncy by using gas type as it is more reliable compare to hydraulic type.

Pls feedback on the comfort and price if anyone of you hv experience using kayaba gas type.

yr stock absorber also gas one., just change to kyb excel g black color one, its oem replacement, only a wee bit stiffer than stock.
u dont feel any difference anyway.

Hi guys. My Alza has done 180K without any engine trouble. I gatal wanna overhaul engine. Do you think it makes a different? Full tank I am getting 450KM on average. Torque could be a bit better lah, IMO. What you guys think? How much does it cost? Any recommended workshops?

Also, what about ECU Chip? Worth it vs overhaul?

just personal thoughts.. if the engine is good, no point to overhaul engine. unless it has engine oil sludge, damaged piston ring etc.

450km average is okay liao.. all this depending on the traffic conditions as well as your right foot.

If need some extra 'power' at budget, you might try:
1. change the exhaust extractor.
2. possible injector (but if you hv change the extractor, you might not feel extra on this).
3. k&n filter (if you are a drive hard driver with mostly >3k rpm... in town drive, this might not help).
4. carbon cleaning. Some have mini camera to check the piston head are to see how bad it is before cleaning. or try find an injector/carbon cleaner that uses small amount at full tank over a period.. eg Redline Injector cleaner.

These are what I can think of...

Major upgrades.. turbo, supercharger, ecu... not tried out or research before, so can't comment much. personal thinking that alza engine may not built for these.

there are few causes that I know of for quick blown bulbs in general.

1. dirty / greasy socket or contact point. (try use a electronic cleaner spray to clean the socket. do not xcidently spray into the lamp, so unplug the socket, spray the socket kaki and let it dry for like 15 mins. change the bulb and plug in.

2. hot wire... some are caused by using higher wattage bulbs eg 90w instead of 55w for h7. just do a sanity check.

3. hot wire ... could also mean that there is a heavy load, sometimes the socket kaki loose, ended connection no good.

3. changing the bulbs with dirty figures which is the cause of #1, which ended dirty socket connection.

4. touching the bulb's glass.

5. having a better grounding (with grounding cable installed) and possible VS - voltage stabiliser would help.

these are few that i know of.

Changing LED... jpj kacau, depends lo... but if using yellow LED lights may have better chance to avoid. just my view.

from your points, seems the sound from the rear. try check if the spare tyres are placed and locked properly. also if there is any loose items under the boot tray.

As i know must remove tail light. And the thing is how to connect the wire to reverse light thing.
Need to slice the wiring into half and connect it or plug in directly to the hole?

If can give answers soon. I will order 3 lens Dashcam.

Nowadays need to see who honk me from the back.
If got pictures. Can show it. Don't want to end up the same mess as I did for the clearance lamp aka the small lamp.

Thanks.

Why not buy online and bring to car shop for installation?

I bought one android headunit which comes with free cam (which i use for front cam), then a better quality cam for reverse cam.
total cost including installation is RM930.

I last time bought reversr camera with rear mirror type display.
The mirror oso with front camera. Hence, sys can act as reverse camera and surveillance front camera and back camera too. You can get at lazada for less than rm90 include sdcard. I guess outside install labor app rm100.
Im diy man, so onstalled my own.

Just bought android car player player for around rm210++. Again self installed atound 2 hrs
. I guess outside charge on labor around rm100.

oooh.. interesting question. Is it stuck where you can't open from outside?

Possible is that you need to open the cover (the panel cover at the inside rear boot) and then pull the 'knob/head' that attached..something like that but need to explore.
