donno which big idiot suck all the money and the infrastructure haven't been upgrading since a long time. they claim that they don have enuff capacity to upgrade, but there are so many subscriber. all the money is being suck by them. Everyday only know how to waste money in advertising. Donno they hire which CEO which didn't learn management at all.....

So its confirmed they throttle local seeders as well now?

not even to say throttle bt local peer
it is worst when it comes to even surfing, u still get request timed out
if streamyx is able to provide good surfing experience, i wont mind if they throttle local peers then.. i drew out for it already =.=
BUT, even they throttle everything, still surfing sucks... In overall, they are just sucks

I had to reconnect several times to get a good IP then everything was okie.

local peers also hard to connect these days...overseas peers don't need to say lah...can prepare to delete all p2p softwares direct download best

how good is VPN>?> any VPN user here? How is ur speed?
