Has anyone changed gear oil yet? At what service interval?
*
For longevity, you should change every 40,000 km. Yes. The owner manual said should change on 100,000km but change doesn't harm it.

Earlier, there's a owner changed the gear oil at 70,000 km because apparently, his gb damaged.

15L/100 kua ...i need to run multiple full tank to see the average ...btw how to use the usb port on caska unit ? i plug in my usb and nothing happen ..
*
I am consistently getting 9L/100. About 420km every full tank, pumping 42 litres on average. It's only fuel saving if you drive real slow for me. Just enjoy your car and go for it. Also from RM72 full tank to RM80 now. Frack!

Changing albums on long drives is a chore so here's how to create playlists for your MZD infotainment. All you need is a Windows PC. Plug your USB drive containing your MP3 files into your PC. Start Windows media player. Now use file manager to make a selection of songs from your USB, right click and select 'Add to Playlist'. Browse and continue to select and add to playlist until you are done. Now in media player click on the icon in the top right corner and select 'Save Playlist as' and save on your USB drive root directory. It will be saved as a .wpl file. Done!

For safety, change in SC. Reason is that one of my colleague feel his M3 no power. Went to SC and do reset on GB.

According to SC, after 50,000km, you need to take back to reset the GB. Not sure is true or not. hmm.gif

2017 is coming and coupled with the price increase, should I wait till next year if I were to look for second hand M3?

Thx
*
With the price increase, the used car price selling at that time will also increase.

Hi all bros, I am intending to install water temp, oil pressure, oil temp gauges by myself. I am wondering would it void the warranty, as it might involve cutting PVC/rubber hose ?

definitely will void, actually it is not necessary to install those things

you can use OBD2 and smartphone to get those readings from the car

There is only one obd port if I'm not mistaken, you can buy the splitter cable at lelong or mudah but not sure whether they will work as expected or not

Guys,

I am interested with Mazda 3.
Appreciate if you can share with me your experience with the service centre. Good ? Is it an hassle to get warranty claim and how strict are they on car modification ?

Thanks in advance
