Contact Gemfive, they not going to do anything. It up to the buyer if want to top- up or to cancel the order.

For those who don't want to cancel nor top up, please send complaint letter to both party. If no action taken after 2 weeks, please make a complaint to NCCC Malaysia.

Hypermart is clearly breach of contract where there is a valid offer and acceptance. They wont get this case trust me. Can file the complaint online and its very easy. They either honour the preordered price or get a bad record in the tribunal database. |
