Guys, anyone who didn't top up from the preorder ed extra but still received your NES classic (not famicom)
Pls share which seller is it.

Game Hypermart is holding my console "ransom", either I top up the extra or I have to cancel it, didnt give me any other choices but turn on my war mode with them.

Contacted Game Hypermart yesterday, spoken to one of their bosses, Sam, which still refused to honor the pre-order price that we paid for
Said either I top up the extra, or cancel my order, no other choices, claiming they need to be fair to others that actually top up
called 11street immediately, they noted my complaint, and will investigate, should have result within this week.
OK, so far Dreamstore and Gamers Horizone didn't force the buyer to top up

Such dishonest game shop should be on everyone's shit list forever, "accidentally" sold off?  My foot!

Anyway, update on my case, I still refused to top up for my NES classic, lodge a complaint with 11street since last week, after multiple followups with them till I reach their CS manager, GH still refused to honor the pre-order price even 11street request them to do so, so 11street will cancel my order and get my money back with some RM25 coupon as compensation.

Even if I top up the money requested by GH is considered cheaper than outside market price, but I still refused to do so, I rather pay more buying from impulse than buying it cheaper from this dishonest seller, Game Hypermart.

We should let the other gamers know about this shitty game shop.
