Actually i would really appreciate if someone can at least tell me if it's possible. I've upgraded my fw to 3.30 OE-A last night and just realize that most of the cool theme packs is workable only on 3.03 OE-C. I tried to install one and end up semi-brick my PSP so if it's possible i would like to get back to my 3.03 OE-C

Oh and does anyone know if there's any homebrew or pc application that allows me to convert the compatibility of a theme pack?
*
just stay with 3.30oe, u can use custom theme in 3.30oe but for custom icons (topmenu_plugin), u need to use rco editor tool and repack the icons. it really easy to do.

gosh new firmware thumbup.gif
wanna ask wats the percentage of getting psp bricked
still new to psp, not dare to play with the firmware lol
*
10% maybe... fyi upgrading using oe is safe. the instructions are perfect. the updater also check for data error. if u still afraid, make sure u got 75%battery and plug in your psp to ac power supply

yes u can. u should reformat your memory and oe will rebuild the folder structure in your memory stick like game150 folder, etc.

ouchh... is it a must to reformat? it's quite painful to backup all my videos in my 4GB mem stick.

and did the release note mention about the improved popstation? maybe i didn't catch it but as long as i can play my games and there's no major new functionality (use as a phone for example tongue.gif) i think i won't upgrade.

rebuilding folder structure is optional, so reformat is unnecessary.

u guys still need to be aware that non-original memory stick
users DO take higher risks of bricking their psp.
upgrade safe smile.gif

if u guys just reformatted ur sticks. no need to format once more
to upgrade IMO. some users like me, the files are pretty all over the place tongue.gif
and yeah, it does kinda in some way. farked up my psp.
like, unable to boot psp with the stick on, corrupted data.
corrupted directories maybe?
and yeah, i didnt even touch these files. after format. its fixed.

just wanna share this with u guys. smile.gif

anywho.. unbricking service is cheaper nowadays tongue.gif
