AsusWRT firmware is not exactly bug free & it really had shown its age. XWRT-Vortex on WS880 has some bugs & quirks that is not present with AsusWRT-Merlin on AC68U/AC56U. You can get Mikrotik hAP ac for MYR560. Under MYR600 you can get Synology RT1900AC if you want features & user friendly interface, though range is average only. If you don't care about warranty, you can get refurbished Asus RT-AC68U from Taobao at much cheaper price. Or get Mikrotik Hex RB750Gr3 + multiple access points. true but someone doesnt think that way the guy LOL some more hahaha
