It even supports UNIFI and Maxis broadband out of the box
[attachmentid=7046151]

The speed is awesome, I can get full speed of UNIFI 30Mbps even I sit at the far corner of 1st floor while my router is sitting at the ground floor living room

This router is really value for money (just below RM200 price tag), and you can get an equivalence features and performance of Asus AC66U

setup with AsusWRT, use Maxis FTTH for telekom BTU, (Maxis FTTH special is for Maxis BTU), and LAN3 is for VoIP. I never try, but do let us know if that is correct.

Ok my maxis fibre came with TM(Zte h268e) modem and maxis modem (the name is xxxcolor i forgot).

What i did is log into TM modem and disable Vlan trunk

like what shown in this Thread

change the Vlan 621 to lan port 3 and connect to huawei wan.

i got internet with this huawei router but my VoIP become unregistered in maxis modem. rclxub.gif

also got the same btu as u for unifi. How did you setup it? did you connect the lan from the btu to the wan port on the router or lan port on the router?
*
u got 1 unifi btu, 1 router right? before adding the huawei?

did you use iptv? btw my setting didnt test on iptv and it is on maxis fiber.

tm modem (Zte h268e)- lan 2 connect to wan huawei, lan 3 connect to wan technicolor router (maxis).

log into Zte h268e, go to port binding, select 621 to lan2, the rest 821, 822, 823 to lan 3,
then go to VLAN Tagging go to Lan2, select tagging only 621, then lan3 select tagging on 821, 822, 823.

huawei setting as usual.

I'm using 380.65
It's not the firmware fault, your setting or connection to the BTU might be wrong

WS880 is connected to which port on the BTU?
*
any problem with 380.65? previous version got wifi incompatible with my laptop wificard(killer)
i re-flash version 380.62_1, but time to time connection lost dont know problem is with maxis or firmware or my tvbox hmm.gif, as soon as i restart the router and tvbox, it work again.

You mean the wireless goes off on your WS880 same as mine?

Yeah, I thought it's a hardware problem too, when the issue happens, the WLAN light is turned off
I actually thought of rebooting the router, but luckily I checked the wireless settings before I press reboot

It's working again now after I re-enable them in Wireless Settings
Nope, running very stable on 380.65
Except for the wireless switched off for no apparent reason yesterday
This is the first time it happen after using this router for 8 months. Been running stable since then

saad 380.65 wont work with hypetv gone back to 380.62_1
