2mb and 4mb caches perf diff is <5% only. Tht just Intel's gimmick.. so stupid f*** they lock the other 2mb cache now wanna enable it and put new cod name on same proc.
If i able to clock 20fsb more i wont care about tht 5% haha. 2pid intel

yea.. i wont care about tht extra 2mb cache if my proc able to clock 15 or 20fsb higher than those proc tht hv 4mb cache. But i wish can do more than tht la.. 50fsb would be good smile.gif

Ya how come?? I flash my BIOS many times even use other mobo's BIOS b4.
But dont worry can still send for RMA. Need about 3 weeks and they will send/replace u a new one thumbup.gif dont need to worry as long as no burnt mark.

Edit: If got pencil vMod the rub it b4 RMA brows.gif

Yea.. normally most E6300 capable to hit 400fsb with stock or lower vCore.
I think 400fsb is a sweet spot if u dont wanna stress yuor proc too much.

Hey guys.. do you guys think E6400 is more overclockable if compare with E6600??
Although E6400 have lower multiplier but it have potential to get higher fsb.
The so call 'Allendale still have more o'c headspace.

2.6Ghz is a good o'c. Keep on.
BTW wht PSU u using?? Get PSU with atleast 18A for 12V rails for o'c. Then system will run more stable.

I mean atleast 18A for SINGLE 12V rails.
I think wht u read is total A of all 12V rails. So its 33A. Good PSU should have 36A or more.

E6600 3.4Ghz = 15.000 sec

Why higher clock speed but SPi reading higher??
I tot tht 2 mb cache only bring less than 5% perf different.
E6600 and E6400 architecture is so different?? i tot they are same only E6600 have higher multiplier.
