Let me start with the first post 😀

This Paper Wrapped Chicken is a easy and simple to make. I made it as a quick and fast dinner after a busy work day.

It takes 40~50 mins of cooking time. With the help of Airfryer, I cn multi-task while it cook.

Here's the recipe :

A guilt-free version of Citrus Sweet & Sour Pork. Lesser calories and still enjoy the crispy-crunchy just like how the Chinese restaurant do it.

It's fishy. This is what I do when my fish have been seating in the fridge for some time until I decided to cook it. This is not the classic Fried Curry Fish.

I like to cook Chinese Cuisine, best would be "Buddha Jump Over the Wall". Why? Because it's challenging.

Deep fried prawn fritters, took numerous attempt until I've succeeded in the final recipe. Stay crisp even if left outside for awhile.

Black sesame Mochi. Did this for fun but it works. Problem with Mochi is you can't keep this in the fridge for too long as the outter layer will harden.

Otak otak. One of my favourite but ingredients prepping is a tedious process. Main ingredients not in pix are fish & prawn paste plus chunks of squid.

Pan sear scallops with sauteed mushrooms. A mix of butter and oil in pan in order not to let butter get burn. The scallop I've got are the frozen ones from Japan.

Thanks! Eating out too much can get a lil sickening at times, nothing beats a nice home cooked meal.
