Let me start with the first post 😀

This Paper Wrapped Chicken is a easy and simple to make. I made it as a quick and fast dinner after a busy work day.

It takes 40~50 mins of cooking time. With the help of Airfryer, I cn multi-task while it cook.

Here's the recipe :

A guilt-free version of Citrus Sweet & Sour Pork. Lesser calories and still enjoy the crispy-crunchy just like how the Chinese restaurant do it.

It's fishy. This is what I do when my fish have been seating in the fridge for some time until I decided to cook it. This is not the classic Fried Curry Fish.

Thanks! Eating out too much can get a lil sickening at times, nothing beats a nice home cooked meal.

Totally agree. Part partial it's healthier because you can control quality and also enjoy cooking and exploring different sauce, spices and style.

My problem is I always get back late from work and cook. I usually cook simple dishes to eat.

Pan sear scallops with sauteed mushrooms. A mix of butter and oil in pan in order not to let butter get burn. The scallop I've got are the frozen ones from Japan.

Is the frozen scallop meat is tough or lembik lembik. I tried frozen scallop but I don't really like the texture. Where did u buy it?

Cooking is one of my interest, food prepping process is also very therapeutic. As for baking, it started out when wife complaint the lack of nice butter cakes around as most had vanilla extract in it. So I thought how difficult can it be to bake a nice butter cake, that's how I took on the challenge, start my research and so on.

It's good to learn new things everyday, load oneself with vast knowledge.

I tot butter cake sure have vanilla extract. U didn't put vanilla extract? I don't know how to bake patisserie. I think the ingredients must be with perfect proposition

My addition 😁 Nam-yu Chicken wrapped with pandan leaves. I used airfryer instead of deep frying.
