I make payment 2 days ago and they still verifying my payment. WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON WITH GEMFIVE? 1st they void my purchase and refund with voucher. Now I bought something to finish the voucher (I can get cheaper at lelong but it just for the sake of using up the voucher). Gemfive really celaka to the core. Never experience this with lazada and 11 street

contact CS. they will chase vendor to fullfill. same case with my LG 4k tv. no magic remote, no insurance given. but after chase they ship to me.

Based on my experience, if status after 2 days still verifying, most probably will be void.

Instead it showing "verifying" on your order page, but when you click in it may show "on hold", high possibility will void

I think it's time to include shoppee in there list. Just another alternative

To be frank, sometimes i received my order while the status is still showing "verifying". LOL

Sometimes for my order they on hold acknowledge then void then acknowledge then void again then they order again then acknowledge then in transit.

Actually quite impossible you will receive item for status "verifying". Because the seller still not yet receive your order, meaning the seller totally dont aware your order yet.

Verifying = 1st stage, verifying by gemfive, not yet deliver the order to seller
Acknowledge = 2nd stage, verified by gemfive, order delivered to seller but seller not confirm yet
In progress = 3rd stage, confirm by seller, waiting ship out

above info are given by a gemfive seller to me

Serious la I cant do business with company like this. Very very very bad service. They void again my purchase, I will make sure tribunal pengguna will make them regret.

The problem with gemfive they dont have rating system. U see lelong merchant usually very efficient. Gemfive merchant just take their customer for granted. And I almost wanna go to gemfive office and make noise because of the refund voucher issue until they promise to refund with cash tomorrow (this is my another accout story)
