There is one Apple Service Centre in 1utama, same floor as Machine, but near to Parkson. 

As long as the phone is genuine and is a local set (not sure about imported iPhones), then you can bring it to any authorised Apple Service Centers in Malaysia. We don't have direct Apple Stores here so that's the only option. Have done it before, no issues, they check based on the serial number, not on where you bought it from.
