walaueh, whole day still cannot resolve the issue

newbie here. is this a normal occurrence for maybank? i lost confidence in them already. what a convenient timing to have server issues.

The worst i have ever encounter so far..

I submitted my application for an account last night, this issue occurs today. Immediately opened another account at rakuten trade lol.

Rakuten trade rating is quite low as well at google play. Which one shall I switch over? Mplus?

Maybank Trade: 3.1
Rakuten Trade: 2.0
Mplus: 4.3
HLeBroking: 2.7

Have seen more complaints about rakuten compared to Maybank lol

Anyone having an issue where my mobile app shows x2 of the order confirmed stock, whereas my browser ost site shows the correct amount?

Did maybank solve the problem yet? Scary to trade tomorow morning

MBB will sell my duplicate order and bear all the cost tomorrow.

Question:

My cash account is dormant, and I don't have the chance to go to the nearest branch to reactivate.

So for my old stocks, I wanted to sell some now. Can I proceed to do so? And if yes, can I proceed to request for withdrawal after that?

Mine as well as the order still pending, no status being update as cancelled

juz registered maybank wanna trade for foreign stocks, but saw all the bad review here, is there any other reliable platform for foreign stocks as well as provide wit function like stop loss etc?

is there other way to open the maybank online trading other than browser?

any1 having the problem in the global trade watch list doesn'y show any live(delayed) quote at all?

Submitted apply online.

1. Mail me physical documents ask me sign and fill up minor details
2. Ask me go branch to verify thumbprint (WTF then is APPLY ONLINE function for??)
3. Branch said if ask them mail back docs to tat guy via GDEX charge RM10 if normal mail wait alot days- call the guy incharge of me 7 times 1 sms all not responded. F them...and already debit RM10 from my account.

Now stuck here. If know better go to branch or hq direct open.

anyone know how we can stop maybank from sending us the hard copy trading invoices?

I have recently enabled e-statements and have been receiving the softcopies already. But mbb still mails me the hard copies tho.
