I wanted to trade 1-2 bids now ended up losing 1.5k. TQ Maybank

i am sure they are plenty of VIP customer screwing them up, imagine those that lost few 100k or millions because of their system screw up

is crazy how the orders can still match despite us seeing the stuck message from our side and we have no option to stop the order

That mean the order already sent out by to bursa, but cancellation order never able to send out because system didn't have that cancel order for you.
my order are all matched too , able to cutloss.

but now new problem , too many Queue in the system.

Remisier just informed there's a problem again. Better stay out today.

The queue selling price is higher than what I queue to sell, in this case it will sell at my price or the higher price according to market when the system resume?

It will sell at your que price I believe, unless system recovers at 4.50pm, then it will match at the current asking price.

Then I will able to secure my profit anyway, hopefully it match higher sell price than what I queue earlier

This is given that if system recovers by 5pm. If not, your order will be null.
