QUOTE(soonwai @ Jul 9 2016, 01:28 AM) So weird. I'm pretty sure port forwarding is working on the RGX4400. Currently forwarding 2121 to an FTP server and it works just fine. Double check protocols, TCP or UDP. I once tried to setup a Minecraft PE server and it just would not work. Then the next day realised it was supposed to be UDP instead of TCP. The fact that UPNP is working also means that port forwarding is. Whether done manually or via UPNP, the port forward rules go into the same tables. hello sir just got unifi for two weeks. the speed is there but very unstable. 3 minutes okay. 3 minutes slow cant load anything.. called unifi numerous times. refresh port. same thing. they inform same thing. so i think maybe something with router. ping spike? can help me This post has been edited by Reckoning: Jul 18 2016, 06:47 AM

My RGX4400 WAN config looks exactly like yours: ... except with TR069 disabled. I notice that ~50% of my 30Mbit download used by HyypTV IPTV if it's running which is not supposed to happen according to some forummers. Tested with speedtest.net BTW. anything wrong? appreciate if someone could figure it out.

Hi, my office also using this RGX4400. What we encounter is disconnect from time to time, but the disconnection is just for about 5 timed out and then it reconnects back. I am not sure if it is related to the router or my internal network.
Some forums says it is due to Anti-Attack feature in TM router but I cannot find this feature in this model. Any idea?

Need some suggesting, currently we are using TM provided router INNACOMM RGX4400 which can support 5 fixed IP setting ( Static PPPOE with fixed IP range start and end setting).
And we are looking for replacement as the TM provided router will hang sometime. And have tried few routers but can’t find the fixed IP range setting, could you recommend some models that can support fixed IP range setting?? Thanks

Prolly you need to check the network setting in your PC to ensure that the DNS setting is set to Auto, or specifically set for IPV4 or IPV6 to the google dns

Thanks What do u mean by 5 fixed IP setting static PPPoE? Do you mean fixed local IP for the devices connected to the router or static ISP IP. For the former most modern router has the DCHP reservation function where you can assign local IP to your devices (i.e 192.168.1.xxx) but for the latter as far as i know residential unifi uses dynamic IP. Whenever you reboot the router TM will assign you a new IP address

Refer to the picture, you can see that is "LAN start IP" and "LAN end IP" for me to key in our public IP range. This post has been edited by qbill: Nov 15 2016, 09:54 AM Attached thumbnail(s)

Guys.. Need help here..Was thinking to search around but not much info as stated by TS. My wifi keep disconnecting even when connected and using it for browsing and youtube by my kids. Initially I set it to dual 5 and 2.4 but since my kids tab and phone is older generation..unable to connect at all for 5ghz. I thought it must be the dual wifi that cause the unstable connection and I disable the 5ghz and only turn on 2.4. It is still the same and keep disconnecting after few mins.. . Have no problem with the desktop coz it is running on LAN. I am force to use back the old Dlink DIR615 in order to make sure all the wifi connection at home is stable. Need help and suggestion here. Thanks in advance

Subscribed to 1 fixed IP and used to getting xxx.xxx.xxx.80 for router and xxx.xxx.xxx.81 for my firewall. Now they changed to this model and the earlier setup won't work anymore. When a laptop is plugged into the router lan port, it gets class C ip instead. i.e. 192.168.xxx.xxx. Any faced this before and knows what to set? appreciate your advise.

Same here, I have the problem having type-3 for my PS4 internet after upgrading my internet from 5mbps to 30mbps. And it annoys me that playing online on PS4 keeps me disconnect all the time. Not only that but also my Android phone, while all Iphones have no problem with it. I am satisfied with my internet speed on laptop watching youtube, playing Dota. But what's the point upgrading if it's not fully utilized

Port forwarding, enabling DMZ and enabling UPnP still get me a strict NAT (Type 3). I can't connect and keep disconnecting from GTA V and Rainbow six Siege
btw, when portforwarding, lets say I wanna portforward port 6015, local port from 6015 to 6015, and remote port from 6015 to 6015 right? The interface should be Connection_1? Still getting a strict NAT after I have done this. No matter what I do, NAT always strict one.

All I know is that I have managed to forward port 2121 to port 21 of my FTP server so port forwarding should be working. For port 6015 to 6015 should be like this: Comment: PS4 Local IP: 192.168.0.x <----- (the IP for the PS4) Local Port from: 6015 Local Port to: 6015 Protocol: TCP Remote Port from: 6015 Remote Port to: <----- (leave blank) Interface: Connection_1
