Ambank must have the slowest processing of all banks. I applied since 1st August and yet to hear anything from them zzzz.

Yes, they are infamous for slow and steady and having ancient technology.

when I have not received my PIN after 1 month, I called them and they said will issue new PIN

after 2 months, called them again and they said will issue another PIN. that was like 2 weeks ago.

also, in ambank online, cannot view latest transaction.

also cannot navigate properly on their andriod app. press back will logout

but their list of bill payment is impressive. can pay almost everything. the only reason i still use their card.

I was told I will receive my PIN & Pay card soon and I will need to collect from KL Sentral. It has been more than a month and still nobody from the branch has called me.

I didn't know they have a working app? I remembered downloading it and deleted it.

Luckily I hardly use their card, so just sabar only.

There isn't any app, except the amgenie apps

I think that's the one, it has been a year ago, I only remember it was bad and I deleted right away.

That's only for specific acc, i.e. Amgenie.. Not useful for us..

Just received the RM388 rebate for the new sign up promo today. Looks like the agent who signed me up was right after all as my card was approved only in early May.

Yes I got my RM388 rebate too
Applied and submitted my application form in late April, approved in early May

Lucky us, as some of the forummers here said those cards approved in May will not qualify for the rebate.

Hi, my Ambank conventional world master card and Islamic world master card just approved yesterday.

Any cash back promotion at the moment like RM388 cash back if I spend certain amount in certain period?

Does world master card entitle to enter Singapore changi airport ppl or only applicable to Malaysia airport?

as i remember, it is not the approval date count but the application date received by card center matter most

Only 10% cash back for first month spending capped at RM60, don't think is attractive at all.

Got mixed answers regarding that. Was told approval date by CR at card centre, application date by the card agent. Anyway im grateful that I got the rebate, no complains
