Cerita ah , wait contract first can ? haha
ok I ceritakan why i booked. first thing , location quite nice la. i actually prefer the conventional layout of type A instead of dual key but this unit only offer 1 cp whilst dk offer 2 cp. Standard rebates , HOC not sure yet. if hoc extend then will have if really end then dont have... |

Maybe EUPE SA can clarify this.....Additionally I think leasehold title and maybe some units might have "Land of Peace" view are some of the drawbacks. That Kwong Tong Cemetery is a long way away, and this project is on the lower part of Tmn Seputeh, so no chance of seeing it. I didn't check the land contour hence got it wrongly.Possible if they continue building the road going to this project's entrance to connect to that intersection to the Seputeh KTM station. If there's no cemetery view therefore there will be no city view as well I guess, except for those top floors of the building. |

Going to cancel my booking after researching the one-way entrance and exit flow. The entrance is Seputeh but the exit will bring you to the KL-Seremban Highway. It is not ideal. Having said that, this drawback is reflected in the selling price.
