u can get 7600gt fer rm550.....i bought one recently...played rfactor like a charm....but after OC, artifacts will appear on track....so im inversting on a zalman soon.

dont buy the 7800gs....gs is always not so good...

9600 can support Rf currently soze using it 9600xt.... just set medium setting... you're good to go

If got extra cash try getting 1650 pro/xt or 1950 pro/xt for full Rf gaming experience

Wei Raikkonen.... Me & Redline got very good experience with ATI graphic & driver wise... unlike nvidia... driver gotto tweak now experience overheating problem

Am using x1950xt. It's quite good, but honestly not enough if you want to play at extreme res with decent AA and AF. However compared to my previous 7300GT it is on a different level.

Hey anyone in the server tonight? How's the race preparation maranello.

I'm trying to work on race consistency and rythm since 60 minutes race is very very long. If consistency is still a problem, it will be one hell of a boring long long evening. Believe me this 60 minutes I'm gonna reduce my FF to a half strength just to preserve my arm.

What is the spec for 7600GT? Is it 256mb/128bit?

How much is the 1650xt? and how many mb/bit?

I use 7600 GS

if u use PCI-e

7600GT 12 pipelines 256mb/128 bit.. 560/1400 scored 3dmark05.. 5500-6600

x1650xt 24 pipelines 256mb/128 bit..575/1380 scored 3dmark05 more than 7000

use AGP
7600GT 12 pipelines 256mb/128 bit, so the price is RM550?

Yup...im building consistency as well...one hour race is tough...so yes.. i reduce my ffb also...by fighting less with the steering, u can gain thousandth...if not tenth.

Next is the tyres.....totally different approach and driving between banzai quali and full race....coz ive tried conservative laps and the tyres can last around 15 laps or so...for quali just get it hot on the hot lap is enuff...

Its feels funny how u have to really crawl when the tyres start to wear...feels like ure going really2 slow...hehehhe...

I have to thank Pitt for the setup he gave me...saves me tonnes of time trying to learn this v8 beast. Gearing, ARB, and brake bias is particularly important to understand....if not the car just wont turn in and spin on every corner exit...like i have learnt the hard way....
