Must print out the form and scan it back and send it to email?

Yes of course. Unless you have another way of completing and signing the form and sending it via email.

Just to add. For past promos, I experimented paying Dbkl cukai pintu via UOB pay online as well as MyEG and they were ineligible. I received the standard 6% cashback though.

Based on this, I would assume it wouldn't qualify for promotional cashback.

*
Yes no problem. But better pay on Monday as today it's a bit late for this week's cashback quota.

For all those with multiple supp cards, you still receive hardcopy credit card statement separately for each supp card that is delivered to your correspondence address right?

I recalled there was a promo back then to encourage all credit card user to create online banking. The problem is either the principal card holder or eac of the the supp card holder need to go to the bank personally in order to create the online banking is nt it? There is no way to create the online banking for each supp card via online right?
*
Can't create the online banking online and supp needs to go to bank.

But, if you want electronic statements, just email or call CS and update each supp email address. They will send the statements via email. Can send all to same address if you want.

I tried applying online for PBB VS but no reply at all.

Decided to get it bundled with the housing loan instead.

Waiting for the news now from the banker  blush.gif

Check with your banker if you're eligible for the new card holder offer. You should be... But good to double check so you can ensure you get the freebies.

Thanks very much for confirming with CS and sharing with us rclxms.gif .

Phew! I was going to do some last minute CNY online shopping tomorrow (or rather, after midnight... in a few minutes) but panicked a little when I saw the earlier post.

Haha - Online shopping only la. Just click click click while I wait for baby to wake up.

A little off topic, but I don't practice confinement at all. tongue.gif Started driving on Day 5 to bring my baby for her first check-up and will be driving to hospital again tomorrow for follow-up. Did the same for my first baby and hit the gym by Week 3. Mind over matter. rclxm9.gif

Klia2 I've been asked for boarding passes every time at both Green Market and Wellness Spa. Most recent flights were in October, and I've used a range of cards to enter (PBB, Aeon, AMB). The inconsistent treatment is odd.

Hahaha. Not dangerous at all. This wife is super calculative and thrifty (note my obsession with cashback maximisation). Also... I fund all my own purchases and veey strongly believe in equal financial contribution towards all household expenses.

Now please don't go make complaints that others can go in without pass, they might tighten up and I would lose this 'privilege'.

Just act cool like high flyer and try your luck again, at both lounges. Btw I hv always gone in with at least another person. Maybe that looks more like flying together and not just one person seeking free lunch?
*
Well I've always had a boarding pass and have no reason to complain. I've never been denied entry. Just sharing that they ask me for a boarding pass every time.

wonder why all get RM25 and no fully utilized to get RM50?
*
For me, my strategy is to try to only spend on things that can get the standard 6% quota (dining, groceries and online) plus the 5% promo quota. I have 1 Principal VS and 5 supps, so I only have RM5000 per month to play with (if my supps have spare quota to help me).

RM1000 per week every Monday is not easy for me to hit, especially since insurance, utility and government are excluded. And I prefer to spread my risk over a few weeks just in case quota runs out on Monday itself for a particular week.

Week 12 shouldbe RM50 for me as I did pre-Christmas online shopping early on Monday morning.

I've planned my RM1000 spend for these 3 weeks already. After midnight today I'm going online shopping smile.gif.

I had a similar problem before (bought a swimsuit from an Australian company, but turns out that payment gateway was US) and PBB said nothing could be done because their record show the transaction as happening the day before. I even sent a screenshot of my OTP and the email purchase CONFIRMATION but didn't get the cashback in the end.

My UOB PayOnline payment was for Telekom Unifi (45.45 and Maxis Fibre Net 80.65). There is no "utilities".

The CS gave me a ridiculous reply which I am ignoring. He asked me to get my "Friend" - Janson, to give public bank his credit card no. for them to investigate why his transactions were later than me but eligible for cash back.

I have emailed the PBB CS to see what is their reply on that.
*
Last time I wrote to them, they actually gave me the exact time that the cashback quota ran out. They also analysed each of my transactions and told me which was ineligible. I hope you will get a similar response.

That's what i put in the email, i asked what time the cash pool runs out. I emailed the custsvc@publicbank.com.my. Do you recall which officer who assisted you to that detail?

I suspect probably the call centre dont have access to the system. He kept saying this is generated/ monitored by the system etc. I rmb you get an answer where the cs actually told you the exact date and time where the cash back runs out. Either the uobpayonline is not eligible (i doubt so, it was Unifi and Maxis Fibre Net) or they have made a mistake. Awaiting for their reply now.
*
From what I recall, I wrote an email, but a CS officer returned my call. He had all the information about my transactions already and also gave me exact time and date. It sounded like someone from the department overseeing the promotion, not general CS.

Normally I am very persistent and ask a lot of questions. The CS explained in lots of detail to my full satisfaction.

I did an RM10 Shopee transaction at 8.30am for testing purposes. After reading these posts, I called CS and they said its currently unposted, but the date on the system is 6 Feb. I then asked if it possible that the system will backdate it to 5 Feb upon posting...CS said no. Will just have to see if this is true.

Should not be a problem with MYR... even with using paypal... in the early hours... let's see your (experience) report
*
On a related note... I just checked back my previous CIMB and PBB online statements, as I believe Zalora also uses Cybersource to process, and this is what occurred:

Transactions done at 3.12am (CIMB) and 3.45am (PBB) on 2 February show transaction date on 1 February!!!

Based on the above, to be cautious, it is a bad idea to transaction at 3am if you want to qualify for the CB.

Now, we have to wait and see what is the "cut off time" for it to be posted on the correct day. My transaction today was 8.30am, so I will report back on what transaction date is actually posted.

If other forummers are transacting using Cybersource (e.g. Shopee and Zalora), please report your actual transaction date (in Malaysian time) and the posted transaction date (based on your statement). Through trial and error we may be able to determine what is the safe "cut off time".

I did another Zalora transaction in MYR (using CIMB CC via Cybersource) at 3.40PM on 1 February. This was correctly recorded as 1 February in my CIMB statement.
