Bit the bullet and order the DX Draken off HLJ. Hopefully no issues with the delivery; having it sent to my office in Bangsar South, which have a mailing address so long I had to 'trim' some words and spaces to fit into HLJ's ridiculously limited textbox /fingerscrossed
Owh, could have ordered it through me, I'll just charge you RM 50. My friend is still in Japan.

Heh, my impatience got the better of me
Draken arrived today. Luckily DHL had the practice to put it on hold before delivering taxed goods, because when I called and ask them to reconfirm/update the address; HLJ had basically skipped the entire second row of the full mailing address

Is there a shop in malaysia that give service such as painting and assembles model kit? I would love to have a model kit as detailed as hasegawa macross kit but i don't have the equipment, time and patience to build and paint one. I was considering the hi metal, dx chogokin or arcadia line but eventhough they are transformable, its better to stick to one main pose to avoid major damage so I was thinking maybe the money is better spent on a fixed pose model kit instead of the toys

there are, but cost would be something around 800-1.2k mark.
you can search Painted Gundam MG on ebay malaysia, there is 1 seller that sells painted kits, ask if they take commission.
people saying facebook has people taking commission but i have yet seen any. i think even if they do, it will be expensive and long que.
