i paid my u mobile and time broadband bills via posonline on 10th august but until today they have not received any payment (it has already been 6 working days). i called up posonline's CS but they told me to check with u mobile and time broadband, even though i have already checked via their respective web portals.

is anyone in the same boat as me? how long does it usually take for posonline to pay my payees?

From their website (https://www.posonline.com.my/ecommerce/newPOsonline/faq_new.asp):

QUOTE
It will usually take 3 business days for your payment to reach your Biller. However, we recommend that you make your payments at least 7 business days before the due date. Our business days are that which are practiced in Federal Territory and Selangor. Pos Malaysia shall not be liable for any disruption of the services or disputes on payments made by you to PosOnline on or after the payment date.

However, I have already been waiting for 7 days (since 10 august). already requested a refund from them as I have already used other methods of payment.

For CIMB Cash Rebate Platinum MasterCard.

How do we set up Utility Bill Payments via Standing Instruction? I like to be entitled for the 2% cash rebate.
