Guys,

Did you specify the credit limit line for your sup account when applying a supplementary card in the form? Will this in any way, affect the separation of the CB cap?

Or there's any other thing to do to ensure the CB cap is not shared? Thanks!

CB cap is separate according to cards.

So regardless of limit, both can theoretically get maximum cashback.

Thanks for the quick reply bro.

So I do not have to fill up the assign credit limit part in the form, right? Just leave it as it is?

Up to you actually.

You might want to control the supplementary card's spending.

If yes, go ahead and set a limit.

If not, go ahead and set nothing.

I usually pay TNB using UOBpayonline and I just repeat the same bill # without issue. Maybe someone in this thread can help to confirm your request

What do you mean by repeat the same bill#?

There is a barcode at the bottom of the bil... The format as below:-

xxxxxxxxxxxxxx (14 digit no Akaun) xxxxxxxx ( 8 digit no bill/invoice)

Are you referring to the one (8 digit in RED) above? Thanks

Bill no. can simply fill in and I have been using it the same since months ago and for all TNB bills.
The important thing is the account no.

Yes, UOBPayOnline but there is no benefit paying with CIMB CR, if you plan to use it since this is a CIMB thread. smile.gif

Ugh, really pissed with CIMB now.

Applied for CMB CR last week through CIMBClicks, immediately kena reject. So okay fine, was considering other cards or even trying to apply at CIMB branch to get that 1 hour approval.

Then today got called by CS about my application, as if it's still processing. She listed my details out to me for me to confirm, read me the T&C of the application, and told me she will send email with requirements that they need from me... pay slip, bank statement etc.

Then when she hung up immediately I got an email saying my application was unsuccessful again! Why didn't she just tell me that in the first place instead of wasting my time for me to confirm my application details. mad.gif

I got no loans, no bad credit, and this would be my first CC. I definitely meet the min requirements.

So what should I do now? Try to go to a branch apply and get 1 hour approval? Wait a few months to try again? Or drop CIMB and try other banks instead? With first experience like this to apply CC it's left bad taste in my mouth tbh puke.gif

Sorry for the rant.
