Help Help Help! I try to make payment using my UOB Vox and CIMB CB card for posonline Aeon CC payment only. I find out its cant go thru. Its always show wrong mother maiden name! May I know how to write in mother maiden name please? or I need to add other bil together? Last month, I make Aeon CC payment all go smooth.

Example:
1: leelenglui
2: lee leng lui
3. LEELENGLUI
4. LEE LENG LUI

Which one is correct please? I write all type but cant go thru.... Please help. Last month ok, this month hang some where. Please guide...!!! Super Urgent!!!

Erm, then I don't know already... I don't have payment to make today, so I can't help you to test. I paid yesterday's afternoon and went through with no issue because I know "Lee Leng Lui" is the format I filled in for my mother's maiden name when I registered.

May I know anyone just make payment for Aeon CC only (Using Posonline) and go thru please? I think posonline hold for CC pay for Aeon CC only. True? Please help.

CIMB server did have issue just now. I cannot make Lazada payment but it is different from what you said that you faced error with mother's maiden name.

Type in mother name exactly how u register including space n upper/lower case, if unsure check it at d <CHANGE PASSWORD>

Screenshot the error u have and show here b4 we can know the actual error.. Maybe is not mother maiden name issue?

Maybe when I tried that time not OK anymore. Tried two CIMB cards also not working.

Not sure if it is the same issue, but previously I got problem paying 11street. And one member mentioned that CIMB server will be under maintenance around 12am. So, transaction won't go through if it happen that time.

Please kindly advise. I go to UOB and CIMB update info side but I cant see any Mother Maiden Name Update or check. Thank you very much. God bless.

Both also no mother maiden name update. I mean CIMB and UOB. I think I need to give up for this round.

Is the mother name u registered under POSONLINE ...not the credit card

mother's maiden name is in posonline, NOT with cimb/uob.

when u register a new posonline account, it's mandatory to put in mother's maiden name.
