If you're unlucky, you can buy expensive card and may still end up getting the one with problem. Like some EVGA GTX 1080 have coil whine problems. If you lucky, buy the cheapest card and may give you trouble free use for years.

I won't say PALIT better but as a user of ZOTAC GTX 1060 AMP, it's a great card. Runs cool runs silent - what else you want from it? 5 years warranty.

Go for the AMP Extreme, if available. Triple fans and runs cooler.

Or you can mod the card to use Artic Cooling Accelero Extreme 3 /4 which is even quieter.

can use Star Wars Battlefront as the equivalent game as BF1 on benchmarks.

go check out the benchmarks that test Star Wars, supposedly graphics for BF1 is gonna be more or less the same as Star Wars as it use Frostbite 3 engine.

if i remember it correctly gtx1060 on star wars excel in terms of FPS, approaching 100fps

yeah 5 years warranty is an extra selling point, which got higher resell value in future

might as well go for palit super jetstream

Zotac usually offered bigger heat-sink but the fan curve issue is pretty serious & highest return rate just like Seasonic too.

Ready to put my money on Zotac GTX1060 mini, my excuse is strange, as I want a compact GPU cause my GTX680 is very large and obstruct the cables inside my desktop.

Hope my FX4300 does not severely bottleneck the card, even though I expect it will.

why not the zotac gtx1060 amp? RM1xx more for a better heatsink/fan but only 1.4" longer than the mini
looks like the mini runs quite hot. don't think can sustain long sessions of overclocked usage.

Oh I rarely overclock though, or can say that I never touch the overclock stuff .

i have a zotac 1060 amp in my rvz02,
so far card idle temp around 40-50, and gaming tomb raider temp goes up to 80+degree celcius in default fan curve
i dl zotac firestorm and adjusted the fan curve, now idle at 40 and gaming at <80.
