QUOTE(goldfries @ Jun 30 2016, 07:17 PM) What's the lowest you can find? waseiiiii... poison to the max!!! LOL~Even if you can find it for RM 1500, you have to consider that a little bit more can get you a GTX 1070. Am contemplating hard on the Zotac 1070 Amp version but can never find a single review on it in the World-freaking-Wide-Web!!! |

QUOTE(Topet @ Jul 6 2016, 02:21 PM) The performance is definitely very good. Though not as huge of a change from my previous upgrade (gtx460 to gtx970). One very positive point is the sound or the lack of it. At 62% fan load during bench-marking (72 degree c), I can hardly hear anything. Using S340, roughly 18 to 24" away from my seating position.*Thanks to Goldfries for his live video a few days back. |

QUOTE(goldfries @ Jul 6 2016, 03:15 PM) Yes! Definitely! hahah... was going back and forth with the G1 and Amp! Price & performance wise not much difference from either of them. Your video point out the sound performance. I'm convinced then... hahaha... XD |

Yes, play them games folks. Play'em like they are meant to be.
I am now able to enjoy Witcher 3 with my 2560x1080 monitor like never before. Consistent 60FPS (slight dip to 58) even in Novigrad. This post has been edited by antaras: Jul 13 2016, 07:22 PM |

QUOTE(napster2142 @ Jul 14 2016, 04:09 PM) Hi bro, oppsss... sorry. Can't help you much on this right now. I'm not playing anything else apart from Witcher 3. Will most probably stay on with this game for some time more as they just launched Blood & Wine DLC.Wanna ask since your specs are same with, do u play GTA V? mind to share FPS? Thinking of my cpu bottleneck the gpu Anyway I'm using Strix OC GTX1070, boost to 20xxmhz, i5 3750k @ 4.2ghz but got FPS around 30-40 @ 1440p, old game shouldn't it be more FPS? Anyway, my setup is really similar. My 3570k also clocked at 4.1 or 4.2. |

QUOTE(Tokyoboy2000 @ Jul 20 2016, 04:30 AM) Need some opinion and suggestion from all Sifu here...what should I get between i7 6700 or 6700k for gaming purpose ? I'm not a overclocker but prefer max up setting and stable gameplay for those triple A title on 21:9 ultrawide 2560x1080p at 60hz...and I do wish my rig can last about 2 or mayb max 3 years for as setting above with no worries...so witch processor should I go for it...? hmmm... look at my set up in my siggy... 2560x1080 @60hz is not very demanding. If you REALLY want to MAX OUT every single setting then it WILL be a problem (AA/Hairworks). I would pay less attention on the proc and more on the graphic card. What are you pairing with this proc? |

I don't know... my Zotac 1070 Amp can't even add 50mhz. It will crash exactly on the 2nd graphic test on Firestrike. It's boosting to around 1950mhz only. T_T

QUOTE(rav3n82 @ Jul 20 2016, 06:31 PM) What is your base/boost clock? Have you tried setting the Power Target to max? On default voltage, my Palit 1080 can boost to 2088MHz. My base clock is 1645MHz, I can +180MHz to it. I throw everything to max, power target and voltage percentage... Base clock is 1607mhz. |

QUOTE(babykids @ Jul 22 2016, 12:47 PM) can't wait for nzxt h440 razer, anything need to worry while transferring the old mobo to new casing? Nothing much to worry actually. Maybe plan your cable routing before hand. I changed from CM 690 II to NZXT S340 and it's pretty straight forward. H440 is a very good case. So don't worry too much. |

QUOTE(fujkenasai @ Jul 22 2016, 01:34 PM) Smaller footprint, can fit larger GPU & PSU, PSU separation zone (better heat and cable management), larger spacing on the back for easier PSU cable routing, front magnetized dust filter, looks (depends on individual)... so, yeah... to name a few there...All 1070 & 1080 sold out in GEMFIVE! |
