The performance is definitely very good. Though not as huge of a change from my previous upgrade (gtx460 to gtx970). One very positive point is the sound or the lack of it. At 62% fan load during bench-marking (72 degree c), I can hardly hear anything. Using S340, roughly 18 to 24" away from my seating position.

Yes! Definitely! hahah... was going back and forth with the G1 and Amp! Price & performance wise not much difference from either of them. Your video point out the sound performance. I'm convinced then... hahaha... XD

Yes, play them games folks. Play'em like they are meant to be.

I am now able to enjoy Witcher 3 with my 2560x1080 monitor like never before. Consistent 60FPS (slight dip to 58) even in Novigrad. happy.gif

oppsss... sorry. Can't help you much on this right now. I'm not playing anything else apart from Witcher 3. Will most probably stay on with this game for some time more as they just launched Blood & Wine DLC.

Anyway, my setup is really similar. My 3570k also clocked at 4.1 or 4.2. smile.gif

hmmm... look at my set up in my siggy... 2560x1080 @60hz is not very demanding. If you REALLY want to MAX OUT every single setting then it WILL be a problem (AA/Hairworks). I would pay less attention on the proc and more on the graphic card. What are you pairing with this proc?

I don't know... my Zotac 1070 Amp can't even add 50mhz. It will crash exactly on the 2nd graphic test on Firestrike. It's boosting to around 1950mhz only. T_T

I throw everything to max, power target and voltage percentage... Base clock is 1607mhz.

Nothing much to worry actually. Maybe plan your cable routing before hand. I changed from CM 690 II to NZXT S340 and it's pretty straight forward. H440 is a very good case. So don't worry too much. smile.gif

Smaller footprint, can fit larger GPU & PSU, PSU separation zone (better heat and cable management), larger spacing on the back for easier PSU cable routing, front magnetized dust filter, looks (depends on individual)... so, yeah... to name a few there...
