As long as it is original, then will be peace of mind.

At almost the same price range, only can choose Honor 5X or 5C.
There are also Alcatel Flash Plus 2, ZTE Blade V7, etc etc.

Of course, those phone's processor not as powerful as the RN3.
RN3 processor match the Sony Xperia X, which sells for RM2499.

Honor 5x and 5c not able to use USB otg. If you like to use them. J7 2016 can bit no led notification . Only rn3 not kedekut with features. And it use most band in the world too

That's why the only sensible option, 5.5" screen phone, left only RN3. Even RN2 still hold it's own against these alternative.
If really don't want AP set, and want cheap original set, then may aim at Lazada sales(Seller now jack up the price of ori set at Gemfive)

Or buy Mi Max or Vivo V3 Max. Other phone have crappy performance. No point buying.

Now china only selling at rmb699 and ezbuy delivery so cheap. Do u think its worth to buy from taobao directly?

Do u think other brand like letv, leagoo, elephone, zee, Vivo is better? Do they hv support in Msia?

Only Elephone and Vivio had official support in Malaysia. So far, Xiaomi is having the worst after sales service among all the Chinese brand smartphone.

i bought more than 30 xiaomi phones since they first launched mi3...so far i have no issue with the after sales. i always go to the amcorp's service center. i went there twice for redmi note, and once for redmi 2..all problem solved between 2 days which is acceptable for me.

yes indeed..it was there for 4 days since wed. now only left tje rm999 without case n glass.

Juz notice the flash light abit yellowish and the pic too if flash is ON . Did u guys hv the same problem?
