Anyone bought from "AllGadget Dot Com" in Gemfive for RN3? Is genuine seller?
Is state that: (Officially Xiaomi Malaysia Set) in the title.
But Warranty: 1 Years Manufacturer Warranty, is under XiaoMi Malayisa or XiaoMi China?

just a quick question here. hope can advice..

bought a china version of redmi note 3 but found that its full of weird apps & tons of pop up ads. so decided to install the local/global version which come with our local set.

question is, do I need to unlock anything first or can I just simply do it using the Mi PC Suite (MiPhone Manager)?

Basically plan to download the latest global ROM here (http://en.miui.com/download-301.html) and flash it using Mi PC Suite.

Any advice?

No need to unlock.. Just flash it via miphone flasher.. Choose lockbootloader roms..
Haha.sifuss.. . Am i right?
I dont flash my phone.. Better with miui 8 beta rather than face bootloop

Not necessary to unlock, but you'll need to use edl method to flash global rom for locked bootloaders.

basically my set and import set, provided same sd aka pro version...are the same hardware, just checked with friend..except warranty.

well some newer hardware got different fp sensor..like goodix

How about single / two imei number difference? Weeks ago people posted mentioned MY set have 2 imei while AP set have one.
